Elevate Ballet and Stage Company ensures that any data collected in relation to you are your child is processed fairly and lawfully, following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any Data collected will be with your explicit consent and stored securely in line with GDPR.

Examples of personal information we may request and hold:

  • Personal information including, date of birth, address, emergency contact numbers

  • Relevant medical history eg, allergies, injury any other illness or disability relevant

  • Special Educational needs

  • Exam Results.

  • Attendance

    Safe storage and sharing of information.

  • Your information will be stored securely on the company lap top with on a need to know basis access. Eg- Visiting teachers will e given a register with essential medical history, SEND needs, emergency contact number but not given address or any other information held.

  • On the rare occasion that a register needs to be printed onto paper then this will e destroyed immediately after the class.

  • Once you have left the school, any information held about you or your child will be immediately destroyed.

  • We do not share your information with any 3rd party without your explicit consent.

Reasons we may share your information and with who

  • Examination Boards , Competition, championship, event entries

  • Local Authority/Council- show licence

  • Award Nominations

  • Elevate Ballet and stage company may use take photographs and videos of students in publicity of the school on their social media, webpage, theatre programmes.

  • We do not pass on any information to 3rd parties for marketing purposes

We will always ask your consent to share information for the above reasons. It is your right to advise us not to.
