Fees and Attendance policy

  • A trial class for new students will be offered at the price of a single class, with no ongoing commitment should the class not be for them.

  • After a trial class, classes will be invoiced for the remaining month in advance.

  • Classes are invoiced one month in advance and any missed classes will not be reimbursed. It will remain at the discretion of the principle to refund any missed classes due to serious injury or illness and should be discussed directly.

  • Fees will be due before the first class of the month. Any late payments will incur £10 late payment fee to cover administration time.

  • Non payment of fees will result in the child not being able to attend class.

  • We understand that life happens, therefore if any parent/guardian are struggling with fees please discuss this with the principle at the earliest opportunity and we will do what we can to support genuine cases.

  • Any class that needs to be cancelled by the schools due to reasons beyond our control will be reimbursed on the following invoice.
